曲靖师范学院转专业的政策如下: 曲靖师范学院教务处文件   院教字［2008］19号     曲靖师范学院 本科学生转专业暂行规定 （试行）   根据教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》及《曲靖师范学院学生学籍管理实施细则》之有关规定和学校人才培养需要，特制定《曲靖师范学院本科学生转专业暂行规定》，具体内容如下： 一、学生转专业的基本原则 1.按照国家招生政策和专业类别管理的有关规定进行。 2.公开考核、双向选择、宏观控制、择优批准。 二、学生转专业的基本条件 1.取得曲靖师范学院学籍的学生，如具有其他专业学习特长和素质，或因身体条件不能在原专业学习，但尚能在本校其他相近专业学习，本人自愿，可提出转专业申请。 2.学生有下列情形之一者，不得申请转专业： （1）新生入学未满一学期者，以及三、四年级学生。 （2）原专业培养方案中已修课程平均学分绩点低于1.5 者。 （3）经转学进入我校学习者，或已有一次转专业经历者。 （4）跨文理科、体育、艺术等类别者。 （5）非师范专业转入师范专业者。 三、学生转专业的办理程序 1.申请转专业的学生，填写《曲靖师范学院学生转专业申请表》，于每学期第16周至18周，同时向教务处教务科和所在系（院）提出申请，所在系（院）领导签署意见加盖公章后，交拟转入专业所在系（院）。 2.拟转入专业所在系（院）根据学校的规定和本单位专业教学条件、就业情况，对申请转入学生的接收条件进行审核之后，组织相关专业素质考试，择优确定转入学生。同意转专业的材料经系（院）领导签署意见加盖公章后，于新学期第2周前，与考试相关材料一并报送教务处。 3.学生入学后因身体原因，经学校指定的医院检查证明，不能在原专业学习，但尚能在本校其他相近专业学习者，可以不参加相关专业素质考试，直接由转出和转入系（院）领导在申请书上签署意见加盖公章，附医院证明，报教务处审核、备案。 4.新学期第3周，教务处根据各系（院）学生转专业考核结果提出意见，报学校批准。 5.获准转专业的学生必须交清原所在教学单位就读专业的学习费用，才能办理有关转专业手续。转入专业学习费用按新转入专业规定缴纳。 6.各系（院）在收到学校同意转专业的正式通知后，通知相关学生并做好相应交接工作。     四、转专业学生的学习要求 1．凡申请转专业的学生，未接到通知之前必须参加原专业的课程学习和考试。无故缺考者除按学籍管理有关规定处理外，取消其转专业资格。     2．学生转专业后，原已获得的学分符合转入专业教学计划规定要求的，经接收系（院）确认后，予以承认；不符合要求的，可作为选修课学分记录。 3．转专业后，学生必须通过自主学习完成转入专业培养方案的所有学习内容，并获得相应的学分；未能完成转入专业培养方案的学习内容并取得相应学分的，则自动延长学习时间。 五、招生期间新生的专业调换 1. 招生期间，已录取新生如有调换专业意愿，必须在我校当年招生时面向社会承诺的招生范围内进行，如文理兼招专业、限招文史类专业、限招理工类专业，英语类专业必须英语口试成绩合格等；必须在同录取批次之间进行。 2.符合以下条件的新生可在入学时调换专业： （1）高考成绩达到一本录取线以上且志愿报考我校的考生。 （2）高考艺术、体育专业成绩名列本省统测前20名且第一志愿报考我校的考生。 （3）单科成绩达到130分以上且需要调换至相近专业的考生。 六、本规定自公布之日起实施，由教务处负责解释。     曲靖师范学院教务处                                     2008年2月24日       主题词：本科学生  转专业  暂行规定 抄  报：学院党政领导 网络发送：各教学单位、各相关部门 曲靖师范学院教务处                      2008年2月24日印制 存档                                               共印15份                                          曲靖师范学院学生转专业申请表   申请人 姓  名   所  在 系（院）   所 在 班 级   原就读专业   申请转入专业   转专业理由：                                                             申请人签名：   年    月     日     学生所在专业 意   见                                    系（院）领导签字（公章）：                                             年    月     日 接收专业 意    见               系（院）领导签字（公章）：                        年    月     日 教务处 意    见             处长签字（公章）：                年    月     日 学校领导 意    见           签    章：      年    月     日 备    注         说明：填表一式二份，同时提交教务处教务科和所在系（院）。其中，一份交教务处教务科备案（学生填写好可复印），一份用于转出和转入系（院）审批后，交教务处。  

曲靖师范学院简介:
